Job Description:
All Tex Staffing is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Yard Mule Operators for a busy industrial yard in Baytown, TX. This role involves operating yard trucks to move trailers and containers within the facility, supporting logistics and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate yard mule trucks to transport trailers between loading docks, staging areas, and storage zones
Perform routine inspections of equipment before and after use
Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate trailer movements
Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and movements
Follow all site safety protocols and traffic guidelines
Assist with general yard organization and cleanliness as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience operating yard mules or similar equipment preferred
Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Overtime available
