$22.00 per hour
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule 48-hour week/36-hour week, 12.25-hour shifts starting at 4:45 AM and ending at 5:00 PM

What's A Typical Day As Production Operator II? You'll Be:

Packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy and quality
Inspecting products for defects and reporting any quality issues to supervisors
Operating packaging equipment, palletizers, and loading bulk semi-trailers with product
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to packaged materials and shipments
Performing housekeeping and sanitation duties to uphold high cleanliness standards
Assembling and preparing packaging materials, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Collaborating with team members to meet production and fulfillment targets
Performing additional duties as assigned by management
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Are committed to safety and can follow all safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements
Possess basic math and computer skills with strong attention to detail
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Are comfortable working in dusty, noisy environments with varying temperatures
Are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. or more repeatedly
Can follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Have prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred but not required)
Are able to work from heights or on platforms, lifts, or scaffolding
Are willing to wear all required PPE (uniform, steel-toe boots, hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets), with no jewelry allowed
