Data Analyst

What you'll do
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights
Build reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with teams across the organization to understand their reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Support ad hoc analysis and business requests
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable presentations
What you'll bring
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
35 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field
or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud)
Proficiency in Power BI or a comparable BI platform
Comfort working with large, multi-source data sets
Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
Preferred: Background in manufacturing or operations environments
