Shipping And Receiving Specialist
The primary purpose of the Shipping and Receiving Specialist is to verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the essential job requirements to quality and productivity standards.
Pay/Schedule
Pay is $17/hour
Flexible Scheduling!
Mornings starting at 7am with flexible end times
Late afternoon/evening availability. Typical shifts would be 3pm-8pm Monday through Friday. Flexible start time/end time.

Responsibilities
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist shipping and receiving, unload trucks, check in merchandise and match purchase orders to sales orders
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for parts, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated areas
Assist in counting of physical inventory, movement of inventory and organization of shipping and receiving area
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure proper productivity of Parts department
Willingness to work late nights when needed during winter/busy months
Qualifications
Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information
Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge and ability to make decisions
Understanding of proper packaging methods
