Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Die Cutter Machine Operator Job Duties:
Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications and production orders
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality, efficiency, and production output
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on die cutting equipment
Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and work instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Schedule: 2nd Shift
2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Die Cutter Machine Operator Requirements:
5+ years of experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or print environment
Experience with Bobst die cutters (130ERII or Novacut 106 preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience performing make-readies, setups, and tooling adjustments
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
