currently have 1st shift Production Assembler Openings
An entry-level position responsible for the basic assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Position:
Wire Harness Assembly- entry-level position responsible for basic assembly of wire harness and cable assemblies. This position features light assembly, wire splicing, heat shrinking, and labeling of wire components by following standard work routines.
Requirements:
Can read and follow work orders (reading blueprints is a plus)
Needs to be able to identify colors (cannot be color blind)
Use basic measuring tools
Good fine motor skills and attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
Experience & Skills
No experience required
Familiar with and able to utilize hand tools
Correctly identifies colors and uses basic measuring devices.
Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer systems.
Commitment to performing quality work.
Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.
Ability to work alone, self-motivated and in a team setting
Ability to perform work in a variety of environments
Hand/eye coordination and dexterity.
Strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
