Bookkeeper

As a bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts.
You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company's finances on track and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Analyze processes for enhancement and implement efficient bookkeeping solutions
Direct the management of everyday financial tasks and uphold record accuracy
Develop financial reports and provide them to stakeholders to facilitate informed choices
Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and accounts to uphold accuracy
Oversee compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
Qualifications:
3 or more years of bookkeeping experience
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Skill with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks is a plus
Preferred certification as a Bookkeeper or similar
Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Compensation $40,000 - $55,000 About StroudCorp
