Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Modernization Engineer to contribute to cross-platform modernization efforts. This role will handle mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives, including executing proof of concepts using AI-assisted methodologies to accelerate delivery and reduce legacy risk. The objective is to establish repeatable architecture patterns and build reusable transformation components that can be adopted at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Handle mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives.
Develop and execute proof of concepts using AI-assisted methodologies.
Contribute to the creation of repeatable architecture patterns for modernization.
Assist in building reusable transformation components for enterprise-wide adoption.
Conduct automation-driven code transformation.
Perform LLM-assisted code reverse engineering and refactoring.
Support the migration from legacy technology stacks to modern solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in .NET and Mainframe systems. Experience with LLM-assisted code reverse engineering, refactoring, code transformation, and modernization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java.
Knowledge of Informatica.
Familiarity with Python.
Experience with containerization.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate:
$69.00/hr - $70.00/hr
