Average weekly miles between 2,100 and 2,300

Pay Structure
Mileage pay ranges from $0.43 to $0.58 CPM based on experience
Weekly earnings typically fall between $1,200 and $1,500+
Drivers running higher miles regularly reach up to $1,800 per week
Monthly performance incentives available up to $0.08 CPM
Orientation pay of $300 with travel and hotel provided
Training Path For New CDL-A Drivers
Paid 46 week mentor program
Training runs include regional and Western OTR lanes
Solo drivers earn $1,200$1,500 per week after upgrade
