Quality Control Inspector Job Duties
Inspect cast metal parts after processing to check for surface defects and dimensional accuracy
Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet blueprint specs
Identify issues and mark parts that need rework or do not meet quality standards
Record inspection results in the system and communicate findings with production and quality teams
Pay: $27.38 per hour
Schedule Details:
3-month Training Schedule: Monday
Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
After training: Must be open to a day, swing, or graveyard shift, per business need
Quality Control Inspector Job Requirements
At least 6 months in a quality control inspection experience in the manufacturing industry
Worked for most recent employer for at least 6 months
At least 6 months of experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Graduated high school or GED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards
Basic math and computer skills for data entry and reporting
