District Department Secretary - Special Education
GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSIFIED VACANCY District Department Secretary - Special Education - District Office (8.00 hrs/day) Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) SALARY: $19.00 - $27.47 per/hr - Range G 261 work days - 16 District paid Holidays
Special qualifications including knowledge, skills, & abilities: -Knowledge of procedures pertaining to Special Education desired; -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; -Aeries, Escape and SEIS experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS: -Pass the General Clerical Exam at the 60th percentile or above. (Exam is administered by the District). -Type 60 net words per minute on a 5-minute timed writing. (No on-line certificates accepted. Typing certificate must be submitted with application and may not be over one year old). Application must be submitted online through the EdJoin website. The selection process will include an appraisal of individual applications and personal resumes. Candidates receiving the highest ratings will be selected for interview.
