Essential Job Responsibilities

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Prepare internal and external corporate documents
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Additional duties related to operations and administration as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Minimum of 1 years experience working in an accounting office
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
Self-starter and able to complete tasks without direct supervision
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Understands and adheres to the confidential nature of the role
