Job Summary
We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
* Perform intakes and assessments
* Create individualized treatment plans for each client
* Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
* Perform regular wellness checks
* Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in counseling, marriage family therapy, or similar field
* Current and unrestricted MFT
* Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized
