Ross Stores - 14140 East Ellsworth Avenue, Suite C - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor to deter theft; Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure a safe environment; Greet customers and provide courteous service; Identify theft indicators and communicate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Minimize operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
