Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Assist customers with orders, returns, and account-related questions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries
