Posotion Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple channels and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across digital ad platforms with an emphasis on social ad platforms
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs
Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and naming conventions
Collaborate with full paid media team to develop and structure tests
Analyze performance data and provide regular reporting and actionable insights
Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Proactively seek out clarification
Maintain organized documentation and adhere to best practices across all platforms
Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
Proven experience with ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Familiarity with tracking implementation (pixels, tags, UTM parameters)
Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
