Cleanroom & Precision Assembly | Medical Devices

We're hiring Medical Assemblers to work in a cleanroom environment assembling critical components used in advanced medical products.
What You'll Be Doing

Operate coil winding machines to wrap fine wire around spindles
Use microscopes to inspect, manipulate, and assemble small components
Perform various medical assembly processes, including:
Coil winding
Molding & CEA assembly
Laser welding
Implantable housing assembly
Inspect, deburr, and finish parts using pliers, files, knives, and small hand tools
Follow detailed written work instructions and quality standards
Maintain strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures
Rotate between cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas as needed
What We're Looking For

Strong hand dexterity and exceptional attention to detail
46+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small-part assembly
Comfortable working with microscopes and cleanroom procedures
Experience with:
Medical device assembly
Coil winding
Laser welding (preferred, not required)
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross-train
Nice-to-Have Experience

Sewing, crafts, or hobbies requiring fine motor skills
Prior work with precision tools or delicate components
Experience working in regulated or high-quality environments

This is a permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr.
