Executive Administration Assistant- Behavioral Health

Provides executive level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant proactively anticipates and manages the leaders' needs to support the executive office in a professional, organized, and confidential manner by performing the duties listed below.
Responsibilities:
Provides executive support for the CEO and other senior team members as needed, including meeting scheduling, management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and follow up on key action items
Leads or supports special projects and initiatives, including providing administrative oversight. Tracks progress on strategic priorities and ensures timely follow-up
Serves as a liaison between the CEO/senior leadership team and internal and external stakeholders. Presents information one on one and in group settings. Prepares business reports and presentations. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all reports to support the business. Reports include but are not limited to: Annual Operating Plan, Business Plan, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Performance scorecard, Client reports
Plans and facilitates special functions related to meetings and/or conferences at the corporate office or an off-site location. This includes scheduling hotel, travel, meeting space and all other logistic decisions relating to the function as well as preparing presentations and attendee literature and handouts
Conducts special projects as required and assists the leadership team with strategic and performance business reports
Maintains positive and professional communication with Horizon leadership, employees, Corporate stakeholders, and external customers and clients
Maintains effective central filing and follow-up system for all business documents, as required, in the performance of duties. Keeps management well informed of activities, needs, problems. Conveys messages reliably and in a timely manner
Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position

Qualifications:
High School Graduate/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-8 years of administrative assistant experience required
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to understand contract legal language and recognize discrepancies or conflicting statements
Proactive problem-solver with a calm professional demeanor
