Material Handler
Job Title: Material Handler Location: Sarasota, FL 34234 Shifts Available: 1st Shift
8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $18.00
$20.00 an hour

What You'll Do:
Receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock and materials
Loading and unloading materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand
Ensuring accurate documentation of material transactions through inventory systems
Picking, packing, and preparing shipments according to order specifications
Assisting with cycle counts and regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
Inspecting materials for quality and reporting any discrepancies or damage
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards
Collaborating regularly with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to fulfill orders and resolve material-related issues
Following all safety procedures and company policies during material handling operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in material handling and warehouse
Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Positive attitude and a team player!
