Job Summary:
The New Hire Specialist
Admin I (Data Entry) is responsible for supporting the verification of employment and terminations by ensuring employer information is processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, open, prepare, and scan incoming physical mail
Process electronic communications from employers
Provide mail imaging and data entry support
Input and verify critical information across multiple computer systems
Maintain accuracy while working in multiple programs simultaneously
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key proficiency
Typing speed of at least 3040 WPM
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
