Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm Pay Rate- $25.00/hour
What's a typical day as a Technical Customer Advisor? You'll be:
Owning the customer service experience by being the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and coordinating the customer service cycle.
Analyzing, planning, and facilitating resolutions for customer service and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
Managing the waste approval process with internal and third-party TSDFs, determining cost-effective methods that comply with customer-approved facilities and technologies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a background in customer service or technical support, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations such as RCRA & DOT.
Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate both internal and external communications effectively.
Are detail-oriented, with the ability to create detailed work orders and manage post-shipment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Have at least 1 year experience
