Delivery Driver

The Impact You'll Make
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of 80 Acres Farm on the road. You'll ensure our products reach our customers safely and efficiently while operating commercial vehicles with precision. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you'll join a team that values safety, clear communication, and a "Customer Obsession" mindset. If you enjoy being active, working independently, and ensuring excellence in every delivery, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Safely transport products from our plants to grocery stores and distribution centers using refrigerated trucks. This includes intercity and occasional multi-state routes.
Use hand carts and pallet jacks to load/unload products carefully, ensuring our high standards are maintained from our door to theirs.
Stay compliant by maintaining accurate DOT logs (electronic or manual), submitting maintenance reports, and managing bills of lading.
Manage your assigned schedule and time windows, keeping the team updated on your progress.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle and tools are in top shape.
Attend training sessions to stay sharp on DOT regulations and food safety protocols.
What You Bring
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
A valid Driver's License in good standing and a current Medical Card (or the ability to obtain one).
Comfortable using a tablet or handheld device for navigation and logging.
Flexibility for overnight stays when the route requires it.
What Makes You Successful Here
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Physical & Work Environment
You'll work in refrigerated environments (3055F) and industrial spaces.
Ability to communicate clearly, recognize potential hazards, and respond quickly to safety protocols.
We provide/require safety-toe shoes and food safety gear (nitrile gloves, hairnets) to keep everyone safe.

Salary: $24.00/hour
