Warehouse Associate - Returns

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.
Primary responsibilities include selecting, scanning, stocking, crediting, and removing products to ensure exceptional service and quality. Monitors returns, processes returned/damaged product, and restocks/repackages product within the warehouse.
Responsibilities may include verifying and performing quality checks of pick-up slips to product received from customers, processing credits and ensuring paperwork balances are completed accurately, maintaining various forms and logs, analyzing data and creating reports, scanning in product information of products received, processing product for restocking, destruction, or return to vendor, implementing various vendor policies to corresponding returned products, inspecting and preparing product for return to appropriate locations, sorting items according to flow line or pick area, restocking and repacking product as needed, creating solutions to unique returns scenarios and finding opportunities to improve processes, and performing other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent and 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience are required. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift, and ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift are also required. Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry is necessary. Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
