About The Role
HealthFitness is looking for a part-time (15 hours/week) Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our community client site located in West Hartford, CT.
Schedule: flexible, a combination of any of the following shifts:
Mon - Fri- 5:30a-10:00a, 10:00a-4:00p, 4:00p-8:00p
Sat and Sun- 7:30a-12p, 12:00p-4:00p
Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30-60 days of hire.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $16.94 - $20.00/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
