Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Associate supports store success by building strong customer relationships and providing excellent in-store service. This role assists customers with product selection, rental agreements, payments, and account questions while helping maintain store standards and team goals.
Answer phone calls by the second ring in a friendly and professional manner. Follow the Premier Rental Purchase Pledge to provide excellent customer service. Greet and assist customers quickly when they enter the store. Explain products, pricing, promotions, and rental agreement terms clearly. Address customer questions, concerns, and issues politely and quickly. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and management. Build positive relationships with customers to support loyalty and growth. Follow the Sales Manager outline for telemarketing, mailing, and brochuring. Use the CRM to track and close all sales leads. Ensure social media campaigns are executed using text, email, and print with the manager's guidance.
Assist customers with applications, rental agreements, and required paperwork. Verify customer information and ensure documents are accurate and complete. Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records. Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and budget. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Assist with customer order forms and verifications. Help support customer growth and store revenue goals.
Assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and backroom. Perform other store support duties as assigned.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Completion of required training programs. Customer service or retail experience preferred.
Friendly and professional communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Basic math and computer skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of store products after training.
Work is performed in a retail store environment. Requires standing, walking, and regular interaction with customers. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Occasional extended hours may be required based on business needs. Attendance at company or Premier Corp. training sessions may be required.
Frequent interaction with customers, coworkers, and management. Must maintain professional and respectful communication with supervisors and peers. Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
