CDL Driver
Local Pipe Transport
Position: CDL Driver Location: Baytown, TX Schedule: Full-time, local routes only Pay: Based on experience
Seeking an experienced CDL driver to transport pipe locally. This role requires safe and efficient operation of an 18-wheeler, including both automatic and standard transmissions. Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Transport pipe and related materials to local destinations
Operate 18-wheeler (automatic or standard) safely and efficiently
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport
Follow all DOT and safety regulations
Maintain accurate delivery and inspection documentation
Requirements:
Valid CDL (A)
Ability to operate both automatic and standard transmission trucks
Experience hauling pipe or similar materials preferred
Clean driving record
Must have required PPE
Ability to lift, secure, and handle materials as needed
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
