Job Description
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols throughout all processes.
Assist in the evaluation of process improvements and automation opportunities.
Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting as needed by the Analytics department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Temp Data Analyst should have:
Experience in data analysis and interpretation within the business services industry.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of data cleaning and processing techniques.
Effective communication skills to present data insights to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a temporary role.
