Top Requirements:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience , with strong hands-on focus on
front-end development
using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Advanced expertise in
React , JavaScript (ES6+), and
TypeScript , with proven experience building scalable, high-quality user interfaces.
Demonstrated ability to
design front-end architecture , including reusable component design, state management, and performance optimization.
Plusses:
Experience with
state management libraries
(Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar) and modern React features (Hooks, Context, Suspense).
Familiarity with
design systems and UI frameworks
(Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, Tailwind) and front-end testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, the Software Engineer will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning responsibilities within Software Engineering. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or long-term software engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple technical and organizational factors, including intangibles or unprecedented conditions.
The engineer will contribute to resolving complex engineering problems by leveraging a strong understanding of software development practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role requires strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel across product, design, and engineering teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain
complex UI components
using
React
and modern
JavaScript/TypeScript
• Own
front-end architecture decisions , including component design, state management patterns, and performance optimization strategies
• Collaborate closely with
UX/UI designers
to translate wireframes and visual designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces
• Work with
backend and platform engineers
to integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services for seamless end-to-end functionality
• Ensure UI quality through
unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
using modern testing frameworks
• Contribute to scalable, reusable UI libraries aligned with enterprise standards
• Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies , providing technical leadership and guidance within the front-end domain
• Maintain a strong emphasis on
user experience, code quality, maintainability, and performance
