Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Registered Nurse to collaborate on a dynamic Medical-Surgical team. In this contract role, you will utilize your expertise to provide outstanding patient care and support, while benefiting from a collegial working environment. Rotating weekends and holidays are part of the schedule, and you may be asked to take on intermittent charge duties; comprehensive charge training and shadowing will be provided to ensure your comfort and success in this capacity. Schedule/Hours:Rotating weekends (Every Other Weekend required) Rotating holidays (Every Other Holiday required) Qualifications & Experience Desired:Current and active RN license Previous experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and potential charge responsibilities Commitment to delivering patient-centered care Key Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient condition and progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in patient care planning and education Step into intermittent charge nurse duties as needed (with training provided) Uphold all safety, regulatory, and infection control standards Experience a supportive culture where your clinical expertise is recognized, and opportunities to grow are part of the journey.
