Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This contract position is based onsite with full-time hours, running from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Key Qualifications: Active OT license in Indiana Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting Strength in supporting elementary age children Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Comfortable working onsite with children from diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs in motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care Design and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for elementary-aged students Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to support students’ educational goals Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards Participate in IEP meetings to share insights, recommend accommodations, and set therapy objectives Offer guidance to parents and school teams on strategies to facilitate student success in the classroom
