Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Provide impactful care by supporting patients’ therapy journeys in a dynamic hospital setting. Utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help patients achieve their fullest potential. This rewarding role works closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment programs focused on speech-language and behavioral interventions. Desired qualifications:Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or eligibility, OR active BCBA certificationStrong understanding of evidence-based therapy practices within a hospital environmentAbility to independently assess, plan, and execute comprehensive therapy or behavioral plansExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and familiesFamiliarity with documentation, progress reports, and relevant regulatory standards Primary responsibilities:Assess and evaluate patients using standardized tools to determine therapy or behavioral needsDevelop and execute patient-specific treatment plans addressing communication, language, cognitive, or behavioral goalsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied healthcare specialists on integrated care plansTrack patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed for maximal improvementEducate families and caregivers on strategies to reinforce progress outside of therapy sessionsMaintain up-to-date records and adhere to facility, state, and federal requirements Embrace the opportunity to work in an environment where your expertise drives lasting positive outcomes for individuals in your care.
