About Dickinson Animal Hospital
Dickinson Animal Hospital is an award-winning, AAHA-accredited, 3-doctor, full-service small animal practice located in a family-friendly community between Houston and Galveston, TX. We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and are known for delivering gold-standard patient care, excellent client service, and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Our spacious 7,500 sq. ft. hospital is modern, tech-driven, and well equipped to support a heavy diagnostic caseload. We also maintain strong relationships with nearby specialty and referral hospitals to ensure excellent continuity of care when cases extend beyond our clinic.
We are committed to team development across all departments, including DVMs, technicians, client service representatives, and hospital leadership. Our long-standing client base is loyal, engaged, and invested in their pets’ care, allowing us to practice high-quality medicine with strong client relationships.
Facility and Equipment
• Separate dog & cat side to keep tails wagging and hissing to a minimum
• Dedicated surgery suite
• Digital radiographs and digital dental radiographs
• In-house ultrasound
• IDEXX in-house lab equipment
• Cold laser therapy
• Mobile anesthesia machine
• Cornerstone paperless medical records
This position offers a four-day work week with occasional half Saturdays. There are no on-call shifts, no overnights, and no Sundays. Our caseload is structured to allow time for proper diagnostics, case workups, and meaningful client communication. Competitive base salary with production bonuses
