What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a key part of a small, high-performing team supporting enterprise IT systems and end users. You'll:
Support the

implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance

of IT systems
Manage and monitor

client/server, storage, and network environments
Provide

Tier 1 (Help Desk)

and

Tier 2 (escalation)

support
Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes
Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks
Configure and maintain

Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems
Support

virtualized and storage environments
Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures
Contribute to reports and technical deliverables
Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues
You'll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprise-delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Work Environment
On-site support:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Small team environment (

What You Bring
You're a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years

of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
CompTIA Security+ (current)

Accepted Certifications (one required)
CompTIA Security+
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
MCSA - Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
MCITP - Windows Client (Desktop Support or Desktop Administrator)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
