Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and childdevelopment topics.

The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Pay $13.40 - $14.62 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
Monday-Friday work week
Example Asst teachers - Lead Teachers: Pay $12.00 - $16.15 hourly
base rate , plus an additional
$2.00/hour paid as a bi-weekly grant-funded bonus
(Example: Total effective pay: $14.00 – $18.15/hour, contingent on continued grant funding
