Essential duties and responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served.
Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
Serve the standard menu.
Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete.
Qualification Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
