Material Delivery

** 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm) Mon-Fri and weekends when needed**
Monitors all material and regrind usage to ensure machines remain continuously supplied.
Track material inventory and place internal orders to support all three shifts.
Daily responsibilities include performing dryer, and system checks to verify temperatures and proper equipment function.
Collects scrap totes from each machine and keeps all production-floor material bins filled.
Maintain 5S standards in assigned areas, monitor metal separators, and report excessive blow-off to Technical Leads.
Coordination with Set-Up personnel and Production Planning is required to support daily production needs.
Supports recycling efforts through material substitution or blending as directed.
Clean disc filters, clean hopper magnets, and perform material changeovers as part of each setup process.
Additional duties include dumping Gaylord boxes into blue bins for refills, staging bins for off-shifts, training apprentices, and completing tasks assigned by the Department Manager or supervisor
