Recruiting Coordinator

to help deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and keep our fast-moving hiring processes running smoothly. Responsibilities
Candidate Experience & Coordination

Schedule high-volume interviews across functions, time zones, and seniority levels with precision and professionalism.
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
Greet and host onsite candidates; coordinate travel logistics when necessary.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and white-glove experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Recruiting Operations

Own ATS data accuracy—including job postings, candidate records, interview feedback, and process flow.
Assist recruiters and hiring managers with job descriptions, requisition setup, and posting to targeted biotech/scientific job boards.
Partner with HR/TA to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs once offers are accepted.
Support recruiting events, career fairs, sourcing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with hiring managers, scientific leaders, and People Operations to ensure alignment on interview logistics and process updates.
Coordinate panel interviews across teams such as R&D, CMC, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, G&A, and Operations.
Flag bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and help maintain recruiting SLAs.
Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the recruiting process as the company grows.
Contribute to candidate experience improvements, scheduling efficiencies, and TA team organization.
Help develop interview best practices, guidelines, and internal documentation.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support—biotech or scientific/technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) required; familiarity with biotech hiring environments a plus.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Enthusiasm for supporting teams that are advancing scientific and clinical innovation.
