Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the training and supervision of the housekeeping employees.
- Frequently inspects and evaluates guest rooms for cleanliness; reports areas of concern in general cleaning and repairs of general rooms and hallways; oversees that maid carts are presentable at all times and linen closets are neat, clean, organized and fully stocked.
- Ensures that all lost and found items are promptly turned in to the Security Department.
- Reports general cleaning needs and maintenance problems in guest rooms, corridors, service areas and linen closets.
- Assigns room and keys to Guest Room Attendants.
- Maintains prompt and accurate records.
- Directly responsible for all projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Must be cognizant of the rules and regulations contained in the Local 54 contract in order that disciplinary matters may be handled correctly
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes
Target Salary Range:
- $21.45 Hourly

Qualifications
Education
High School (preferred)
Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. (preferred)
1-2 years' experience with housekeeping or hotel related operation. (required)
1-2 years' experience with housekeeping or hotel related operation. (required)
