• Outpatient clinic focused on general urology
• Adult patient population

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday clinic hours
• 8am to 4:30pm schedule
• Option for 1 week per month or 2 weeks on/off
• Consistent daytime workflow

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Urology
• Active Illinois license required
• BLS certification required
