Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $120,000 base salary guarantee with 37% of production (net of adjustments); strong earning potential up to $350,000+.
• Production-based incentives with high upside based on individual productivity.
• Up to $10,000 sign-on/relocation package available with a 2-year commitment.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance stipend, 401(k) with up to 4% match after 90 days, and complimentary dental care for family (lab fees only).

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or eligibility).
• Eligible for dental licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• Comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry; willingness to perform or expand skills in oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry preferred.
• Open to new graduates and experienced dentists; mentorship available.
