Job Title: Software architect
Location: Jersey City, NJ/ NYC, NY/ Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems/applications, with hands-on experience, implementing, configuring, or integrating enterprise platforms such as collaboration, reporting, analysis tools. (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Tableau, Appian, Exceptor, Ab-initio, etc.)
- Able to understand application lifecycle management, evaluate & compare software packages for functional fit, technical architecture, integration, and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cost-benefit and value realization analysis, including contract analysis, licensing, support, operational overhead, risk and business impact assessments.
- Assess overlapping or redundant applications and justify consolidation decisions based or business criticality, risk, performance, and strategic alignment.
- Drive software rationalization initiatives, applying structured frameworks and critical analysis to usage metrics and stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and implement a standardized framework that enables senior managers to consistently evaluate and rationalize software usage across functions or business units.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, product owners, facilitating workshops & executive discussions to guide decision making and alignment throughout the rationalization and consolidation process
