Medical Center is seeking an experienced BE/BC General Urologist to join its growing hospital‑owned practice just east of Fayetteville, NC.

- Full‑time, hospital‑employed position within an independently operated community hospital
- Solo practice with opportunity to grow and shape future program direction
- 4.5‑day clinic schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8am–5pm
- Friday: 8am–12pm
- Shared call rotation (1:4)
- Flexible OR access based on surgical volume and case mix
- Established regional referral pipeline from hospital‑employed primary care network
- Newly remodeled clinic space located adjacent to the hospital
- Dedicated nurse and receptionist support
- Potential for APP support as practice expands
- Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams
- Clinical scope:
- Broad‑based general urology
- Kidney stone management
- Bladder and kidney tumors
- Incontinence treatment
- Urinary infections
- Prostate care
- Opportunity to develop clinical interests aligned with community needs
- Full complement of general urology procedural capabilities
- Access to advanced imaging through hospital‑owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center
