Job Summary

The Senior Workforce Software Time & Attendance Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workforce Software (WFS) platform on a global scale. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, ensure compliance with local regulations, and manage integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP.
As a subject matter expert, this position will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide advanced technical support, and serve as a key resource within the HR Applications team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Workforce Software Time & Attendance across new countries, plants, and business locations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local labor regulations.
Configure and maintain time calculation rules, absence policies, schedules, work calendars, pay rules, and other critical WFS components.
Coordinate bidirectional integrations between WFS and external systems, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ECP Payroll, and biometric devices such as Suprema BioStation 3.
Conduct functional analysis, prepare technical specifications, and oversee the development of interfaces and custom enhancements.
Execute and validate master data and historical time data migrations.
Manage testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability and availability.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for HR, IT, and plant teams to promote effective system adoption and process standardization.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend innovative solutions to optimize platform performance.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
Workforce Software Certified Professional (preferred).
Certifications in SAP Time Management or SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking are highly desirable.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions in large-scale environments.
Proven experience leading implementations in industrial or manufacturing environments with workforces exceeding 1,000 employees.
Advanced expertise in configuring time rules, absence policies, schedules, eligibility rules, and payroll calculations.
Strong experience integrating WFS with SAP Employee Central, SAP ECP, biometric systems, and middleware platforms such as CPI or Boomi.
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll practices across LATAM (Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Dominican Republic) and/or the United States is highly valued.

Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel within the LATAM region.
