About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on
Warehouse & Logistics Associate
to support daily mail operations, shipping/receiving, and internal material movement. This role combines mail distribution with warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and light parcels across the facility.
Process outgoing shipments (domestic & international), including labeling and documentation.
Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
Prepare, package, and palletize materials for shipment or storage.
Safely operate pallet jacks and move materials within the facility.
Maintain accurate routing, address records, and shipment tracking.
Ensure compliance with shipping and mail handling procedures.
Keep work areas organized, accurate, and up to date.
Follow all safety protocols and workplace standards.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or mail operations.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Experience with shipping processes, inventory handling, and material movement.
Comfortable operating pallet jacks and handling physical workload.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes.
Experience supporting or guiding team members is a plus.
