AWM - Operations - Ayco - Account Opening and Maintenance - Analyst
Location: Cohoes, NY
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Account Opening and Maintenance Analyst within Ayco Operations. This role is responsible for reviewing client account requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Review and approve pending client requests to ensure all required authorizations and supporting documents are complete and compliant with policy requirements.
Process account opening, maintenance, and related operational requests accurately and efficiently.
Perform quality checks and reviews of completed work to ensure high levels of accuracy.
Work across multiple internal systems and platforms to complete tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve ongoing issues and answer policy-related questions.
Support operational improvement initiatives and participate in special projects as needed.
Identify unusual or suspicious activity, exercise sound judgment, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including quality standards, client service, information security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related field).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a team environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required/preferred.
Preferred concentration in Finance, Business, or related field.
