Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced digital media environment. This role combines program leadership with operational oversight, supporting content, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact projects and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives across content, product, and business teams
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution
Drive alignment on priorities and ensure projects support broader strategic goals

Operations & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and business operations
Establish and manage processes, governance frameworks, and communication rhythms
Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment

Execution & Continuous Improvement
Oversee project execution and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs
Implement tools and methodologies to track progress and improve efficiency
Identify risks and optimize processes to enhance delivery and team performance

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Several years of experience managing complex projects in a corporate or digital/media environment
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience working with content, media, or digital product teams
