Role: Lead Designer, Core Footwear Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR

About the Role:
Join the Core Footwear team to lead seasonal color direction and strategy across men’s and women’s products. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and development teams to bring innovative, trend-driven concepts to life—from idea to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Define seasonal color palettes and material direction
Create compelling product storytelling and design concepts
Partner with cross-functional teams (materials, graphics, apparel, product, development)
Present concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in Color/material or footwear design
Strong knowledge of Color theory, fashion trends, and footwear construction
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Miro
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate consumer insights into design narratives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience)
