We’re looking for an

Event Coordinator

to support our Client the planning and delivery of high‑quality events across the US and Canada. This role sits within a global Marketing & Communications team and supports product launches, industry events, client and broker engagements, conferences, and virtual events.
What you’ll do:
Plan and deliver in‑person and virtual events aligned to brand and business objectives
Manage invitations, vendors, venues, and event logistics
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to execute the annual event strategy
Track budgets, timelines, KPIs, and event ROI
Ensure events meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
0-1 year of event coordination or related experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organized
Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
