What You’ll Do:
Conduct
Functional Behavior Assessments
to uncover root causes
Design
Behavior Support Plans
tailored to individual goals
Lead
staff trainings
using proven, evidence-based techniques
Monitor
progress through data collection and analysis
Provide
clinical documentation
and participate in interdisciplinary reviews
Collaborate in
planning meetings, psychiatric reviews , and
human rights committees
Partner with compassionate staff in creating inclusive, goal-driven environments
What You Bring:
Current
BCBA certification
At least
1 year of experience
supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
A valid
driver’s license
and flexibility to travel to multiple program sites
A passion for progress and a commitment to ethical, person-centered care
