Description
Bardo Climate Inc., a dynamic startup company commercializing nanofiber-based membranes for environmental and energy applications, is seeking self-motivated and creative lab technicians for our Boulder, Colorado production facility. Bardo Climate’s first large-scale product launch will be our best-in-class bipolar membrane. We are seeking people who can work in the lab to assemble and test our pilot scale membrane fabrication and testing equipment. The ideal candidate will have competency and experience working in a lab casting and laminating membranes, assembling and operating roll-to-roll lines, and operating electrochemical cells and stacks. This role is well-suited for a hands-on engineer who thrives on building, testing, and iterating quickly. This position aligns with someone who prefers learning by doing—someone who will pick up tools, try ideas, and refine solutions through rapid experimentation.

Qualifications
:
BSc chemical engineering, chemistry, or equivalent
Membrane fabrication, electrospinning, roll-to-roll fabrication, or electrochemistry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Python data analysis and processing familiarity
Salary Range:
Annual salary will be between $65,000 and $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
